The elections for student council were held this week. Pupils from 1st to 6th class were all eligible to stand for election. Halloween in 2nd class.
The girls in 2nd class were very excited to dress up for Halloween. Have a lot at their wonderful costumes below.
Dress up day in 5th and 6th class.
The girls in 5th and 6th class went all out for Halloween. There were cats, tigers, clowns, monsters, zombies, and witches.
Halloween in 4th class.
North Pres had a Dress Up Day last week. All the girls in 4th class looked very different when they arrived to school. There was cowboys, skeletons, dead cheerleaders and witches. We also had a visit from the Ice queen of Narnia, Elsa, the Mad Hatter, Wally and some North Pres students.
Art in 4th Class
The girls in 4th class have been busy recently. They have finished reading the book “The Boy in the Dress” by David Walliams and decided to become fashion designers. They designed a new dress for the main character in the book, Denis. Have a look at their designs below.
Happy Halloween from Senior Infants
Senior Infants looked fantastic in their costumes today. They went trick or treating and had lots of fun.
Sciath na Scol Final
The North Pres. Gaelic Football Team made history today by playing in a Sciath na Scol final. They played Holy Cross National School, Mahon in Mayfield’s G.A.A Grounds.
