Santa Claus & Mrs Claus
Santa Claus and his wife Mrs Claus came to visit North Pres. The boys and girls in our preschool, sat on Santa’s lap and received toys. Santa and Mrs Claus then visited all the classes in the school. All the children were delighted to be told that their names are on Santa’s nice list.

Senior Infants-Science
We would like to thank Aesha’s dad Anil for doing a very interesting lesson on magnets and light with Senior Infants. They really enjoyed it.

Baking in Junior Infants.
Ms Coleman’s Junior Infants were in the Christmas Spirit. We baked blueberry muffins and chocolate chip muffins. Next we made icing and decorated them with holly, Santa, Elves and snowflakes. Mary Berry would be proud of us.

Father Christmas and Uncle Holly
Our Senior Infant boys and girls performed their play Father Christmas and Uncle Holly for their Christmas Show. Our Blue Room was filled to capacity with parents and extended families. Ms Whelton’s children were dressed in red and Ms Cassidy’s children were dressed in green. The children sang their songs and performed their actions brilliantly. …

Busy in 5th class
Mr. O Connor’s 5th class have been very busy lately. They have been having fun in maths and learning about estimation and fractions. While in science they were learning about how sound waves travel. The girls were also researching information about Australia and Aboriginal Art.

Ms Coleman’s Junior Infants performed their Christmas Play – Whoops a Daisy Angel. They sang all their songs beautifully and remembered all their lines. They have put us all into the Christmas spirit.

The boys and girls from Ms O’Leary’s Junior Infants performed Whoops A Daisy Angel for their parents. They sang beautifully and knew all their lines. Their teachers and parents are so proud of them.
