Happy Talk
Happy Talk finished this week in the Junior Infants and Early Start classes. The children had great fun with Nibbles and Twitch every week. Thank you to all the parents that came in and did the sessions with the children.

One Book, One Community art work
4th class are taking part in the One Book, One community initiative. The class and classes from other neighbouring school are all reading the book “Holes” by Louis Sachar. World Book Day 2023
The children enjoyed dressing up for World Book Day last week. 1st class and 6th class walked down to Waterstones to use their World Book Day vouchers to get new books.

Art on the chromebooks
2nd class enjoyed trying a different type of art lately. They visited the Tate art gallery website on the chromebooks. The children created different pictures using the tools on the website. There are definitely some budding artists in the making.
