Pattern Making

Junior Infants were very busy recently. They have been practising making patterns. First they worked in groups making patterns before heading outside. The children decorated the school wall with lots of patterns using chalk.

We were delighted to welcome the Lord Mayor Councillor Kieran McCarthy to the school today. 2nd class are very happy to be back to school. They have already started working hard. This week we enjoyed learning about the Rugby World cup and the countries who are playing in the tournament.
