4th class are taking part in the One Book, One community initiative. The class and classes from other neighbouring school are all reading the book “Holes” by Louis Sachar. CAPER

The children in 1st classes and Senior infants are enjoying CAPER (Children and Parents enjoy reading) in theĀ  classes once a week again. Thank you to all the parents, grandparents and relatives for coming in to the classes.

World Book Day 2023

The children enjoyed dressing up for World Book Day last week. 1st class and 6th class walked down to Waterstones to use their World Book Day vouchers to get new books.

Art on the chromebooks

2nd class enjoyed trying a different type of art lately. They visited the Tate art gallery website on the chromebooks. The children created different pictures using the tools on the website. There are definitely some budding artists in the making.
