Children from each of the classes helped out in the school garden this week. They dug up all the weeds and got the flower beds ready for this year’s crops. They planted vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots and lettuce, herbs and some flowers. The children learned all about how plants grow. The whole school will be keeping an eye on the garden to see what will be sprouting up in the months to come.
