Trip to the English Market

4th class went on a trip to The English Market this week. Along the way they stopped outside the Opera House and in Opera Lane to fill out some of their question. There was also a stop next to the Echo Boy.

When the class got to the English Market, they split into groups and looked at all the stalls.There were lots of different stalls with different produce.At the fish counter, they met a lobster called Pinchy At the butcher counter they were shown pheasants, kangaroo meat, duck eggs and quail eggs.

The class bought some dried strawberries and chocolate raisins to try back at school. Everybody enjoyed their trip to the market.
