Easter Fun in Junior Infants

Ms. Coleman’s Junior Infants were very busy this week. We pretended to be the Easter bunny and had an Easter Egg hunt. We also made some chocolate Easter nests. They were delicious!

The Sports Shop

Ms.Whelton’s class had great fun this week in Aistear. The theme was ‘the sports shop’. The three stations were: role play, water play and playdough. Clay nest art in Senior Infants

Senior Infants have been busy beavers! They made clay nests which they painted in lovely bright colours. They will take home their nests in beautiful baskets. They are looking forward to eating the chocolate eggs in the nest for Easter!

Senior Infants’ Plants

The children in Senior Infants planted seeds a few weeks ago. They planted cress, runner beans and baby carrots. They took their plants home recently. They had grown so much over the few weeks.
